1. Go to bed before midnight and get 7-9 hours each night.

2. Give up soda. Don't limit it. Don't cut back. Give it up completely. It's trash. Utter trash.

3. Eat more veggies.

4. Meditate

5.Say affirmations

6. Read more books. Watch less television.

7. Limit time on social media.

8. Limit sugar consumption

9. Practice gratitude

10. Journal

11. Limit negativity. Negative people, negative shows, negative songs. Limit them.

12. Try yoga.

13. Drink water. Bottles and bottles of water.

14. Buy less. You probably don't need it. I know I don't.

15. Practice forgiveness.

16. Spend time with friends.

17. Learn something new

18. Go barefoot-It's called grounding

19. Be joyful- We've made it another year! Let's make the most of it!
