3 Things You Didn't Know You Need to Learn Before Getting into a Serious Relationship

Most of us have a list of things we look for in a potential significant other. Here are 3 more things you may not have thought to but on your list.
1. Political Beliefs

Sure you can survive being in a relationship with a democrat if you are a republican and vice versa. But don't think you won't have more issues than couples who are on the same page. If you and your significant others have strong opposing beliefs, then you may clash sometimes. Especially during campaign season.
2. Food Preferences

Hear me out on this one, okay. If you are the type of person who spares no expense on food, you might not enjoy being in a relationship with someone who frequents McDonalds. Likewise, if your partner is interested in eating organic, vegan, gluten-free or any other type of diet it's important to keep that in mind. Relationships can still thrive even if you have different dietary preferences, but it will make dinner time a little more complicated. Plus, you won't get to share your food with each other, which is the best part!
3. Nurture vs. Nature

In my opinion, this is one of the most important ones. It shows how you and your significant other view human behavior. If you have arguments, it may determine how each party handles them. Do you or your partner have personal struggles? Your beliefs about this debate could determine how and even if you choose to work through problems.
