My Favorite Places to Work around OKC

I'm one of those people who absolutely cannot work in my apartment. Instead, I enjoy going to coffee shops or other places to study.

The Brew-Edmond, OK

This is the coffee shop on my university's campus. I enjoy studying here because I can walk to it from my apartment. They have a variety of seating options, which is nice. I enjoy the open feel. There is a big window overlooking the campus that gives the Brew a more welcoming feel. One downside of the Brew, is that it can get crowded and loud, so at times when I need to really focus I will opt for another location. Another positive about the Brew, is I already have prepaid for drinks. Some of my favorite drinks to get are chai latte with almond milk (You must get it with almond milk) and hazelnut latte with almond milk.

All About Cha-Edmond,OK

The biggest advantage to this place is that it is open until midnight. The All About Cha I tend to study at is a little over two miles away from the school, so driving there is no problem. The seating is comfortable there; although, some of the furniture is a little older. The atmosphere is pretty quiet. I think most people go there to work. Some of my favorite drinks to get are yuja lemon blend, which is a Korean tea with a lemony taste; and black royal chai tea. They also have some good pastries and sushi.

Boba Cafe-Moore, OK

So, I'm actually typing this post while sitting in Boba Cafe. This spot is the furthest away from where I live. Since it is 20 miles away, I tend to only go down when I really want to focus on work. They have the best seating out of all the places I've mentioned. I've rarely been when the place has been crowded. They do play loud music, but they will turn it down if you ask. I haven't been as adventurous with my drink choices here, so I always get a thai tea with tapioca. It's also right by Warren Theater, which is the biggest perk of studying here. ;)
